 1. Return Eligibility

You may return most new, unused, and unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

  • You must provide a valid receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Items such as personal-care products, undergarments, or clearance items cannot be returned.


 2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at support@alhibra.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.

  3. Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection.


 3. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after receiving the item.

  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item).


 4. Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or variant, please mention it in your return request.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.


 5. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.


 6. Non-Returnable Items

Certain products are non-returnable, including:

  • Personal or hygiene items

  • Digital products

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked as “Final Sale”
